Aloha internet netizens. My name is Jamoosh, but you can call me, well, Jamoosh.

I love to run and although I have completed 29 marathons and a host of other races, I am happiest when I am just running. No set mileage; no set time; no goals; no planned route; just running.

I also enjoy craft beer and have been sipping the labors of top notch brewers since before the first craft beer revolution. Half the joy comes from visiting breweries and trying something new and the other half comes from opening the fridge and popping the top on an old favorite. I would love to give you my top five beers, but it is ever changing based on the day, the weather, and my other whims.

Admittedly I am a bit complex and possibly a conundrum. While I am somewhat of a rebel, I also expect there to be rules and order. I used to be “mostly” Republican, but now I believe the Democrats and the Republicans are bad for the country.

Apparently I have also mastered the frittata; so there’s that.
